Information Wanted : A Database of Advertisements for Irish Immigrants Published in the Boston Pilot. From October 1831 through October 1921, the Boston Pilot newspaper printed a “Missing Friends” column with advertisements from people looking for “lost” friends and relatives who had emigrated from Ireland to the United States. This extraordinary collection of more than 31,438 records is available here as a searchable online database, which contains a text record for each ad that appeared in the Pilot.
Cheshire Parish Register Database (Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials to 1871). The aim of the project is to make available, in a reasonable period of time, all the information in each of the parish registers of the ancient county of Cheshire. This aim covers information in both the original Parish Register and the Bishop's Transcript.
Wiltshire BMD. Although the indexes are not yet complete for all years and districts, the database will eventually cover Wiltshire births, marriages and deaths for the years 1837 to 2003 and beyond.

Dumfriesshire, Kirkcudbrightshire and Wigtownshire 1851 Census Database (Scotland). This project - to transcribe and key into computer the returns of the 1851 Census for all the parishes of Dumfriesshire, Kirkcudbrightshire and Wigtownshire - was begun in 1990 and undertaken by the Friends of the Archives of Dumfries and Galloway and other volunteers.
Cheshire and Chester Wills Database. The index covers the years 1492 - 1940 and contains 130,000 entries. It covers probate documents proved at Chester mainly for Cheshire residents.
