Alphabetical Listing of the Filles du roi. The filles du roi, or King's Daughters, were some 770 women who arrived in the colony of New France (Canada) between 1663 and 1673, under the financial sponsorship of King Louis XIV of France.

The National Archives (UK) : Equity Pleadings Database. The Equity Pleadings database paints a fascinating picture of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries. These legal papers relate to domestic and trade disputes, the slave trade, women's rights under the law, piracy, mining and pay disputes. You can search the 30,000 records in the series by reference, name, place or even subject.
Information Wanted : A Database of Advertisements for Irish Immigrants Published in the Boston Pilot. From October 1831 through October 1921, the Boston Pilot newspaper printed a “Missing Friends” column with advertisements from people looking for “lost” friends and relatives who had emigrated from Ireland to the United States. This extraordinary collection of more than 31,438 records is available here as a searchable online database, which contains a text record for each ad that appeared in the Pilot.
Cheshire Parish Register Database (Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials to 1871). The aim of the project is to make available, in a reasonable period of time, all the information in each of the parish registers of the ancient county of Cheshire. This aim covers information in both the original Parish Register and the Bishop's Transcript.
Wiltshire BMD. Although the indexes are not yet complete for all years and districts, the database will eventually cover Wiltshire births, marriages and deaths for the years 1837 to 2003 and beyond.
