Convicts on the Censor 1787-1788. These are the convicts were who were confined in the hulk Censor in England in 1787 & 1788. The information provides the name and age of each convict, their sentence as well as date and place of conviction and also records where they were to be transported to (America, Africa, Rio etc). Some convicts who were initially sent to America were instead were transported to New South Wales.

Yorkshire BMD. The Register Offices in the county of Yorkshire, England, hold records of Local births, marriages and deaths back to the start of civil registration in 1837. The county's Family History Societies are collaborating with the local Registration Services to make the indexes to these records freely searchable via the Internet. Although the indexes are not yet complete for all years and districts, the database will eventually cover Yorkshire births, marriages and deaths for the years 1837 to 1950.
